To ensure that effective WHO country presence is established to implement WHO country cooperation strategies that are aligned with Member State's health and development agendas and harmonized with the United Nations country teams.
The incumbent will perform all or part of the following, and other related responsibilities as required by the needs of the office
Essential: Secondary, technical, or commercial school and a valid driving license.
Desirable: Basic mechanics' certificate and first aid training.
Essential: Minimum one year of work experience as a driver with a safe driving record.
Desirable: Experience in driving within WHO or another United Nations agency would be an asset.
Essential: Intermediate knowledge of English. Intermediate knowledge of Arabic.

WHO offers staff in the General Services category an attractive remuneration package, which for the above position includes an annual net base salary starting at ILS 125,816 (subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance, as applicable) and 30 days of annual leave.
