Mission and objectives

Our mission is to promote the social, economic, intellectual and informational development of cities and districts of Tajikistan, particularly through the empowerment of youth and women.

Context

As a landlocked nation, Tajikistan faces significant economic challenges, including high unemployment rates. This situation has intensified as many Tajik labor migrants return home from Russia due to rising safety and security concerns. Consequently, a vast number of talented young people are left without opportunities to contribute meaningfully to society. While many bright individuals in rural areas are eager to build their futures through Germany’s Ausburg (Ausbildung) vocational training program, they face a major barrier: German language classes are concentrated almost exclusively in urban centers.To bridge this gap, Rousto Charity is launching an online German language initiative tailored specifically for rural youth. This project will equip talented young people with the language skills needed to successfully apply for the Ausbildung program and secure a brighter future. We are currently seeking a dedicated volunteer to help us bring this project to life. Task Description

We are seeking a dedicated, native German speaker to volunteer their time and teach foundational German (A1 level) to ambitious young individuals living in rural areas.Schedule and CommitmentFrequency: 3 times per week.Time: Preferably in the evening (Tajikistan Time, GMT+5).Flexibility: We are happy to accommodate daytime classes if that aligns better with your schedule. The exact days and times are fully negotiable to suit the selected volunteer.If you are passionate about education and want to create life-changing opportunities for talented youth, we would love to have you on board.
