UNDP-TLS-00346-Local Individual Consultant to Support the National Climate Change Strategy and Action Plan (NCCSAP) Formulation

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) requires the services of one Local Individual Consultant to support the formulation of the National Climate Change Strategy and Action Plan (NCCSAP) for Timor-Leste. Working alongside an International Policy Expert under the GEF 8 Umbrella Programme, the consultant will conduct stakeholder consultations, analyze policy frameworks, and collect data to translate Timor-Leste's climate commitments (including NDC 3.0) into a comprehensive, actionable, and investable national strategy.

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
