Description of the Assignment: To provide ecological and climate-change expertise for basin-level financial-flow and financing-needs assessments, innovative resource mobilisation mechanisms, regulatory and budget-integration instruments, capacity development and Task 9 evidence and validation products, under IC3's methodological guidance and NC6's team coordination.

Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 24 months

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
