Position Overview | |
The Head of Maintenance (Civil) is responsible for maintaining the structural integrity of buildings and other civil structures at Koidu Government Hospital (KGH), and the new Maternal Centre of Excellence (MCOE). This role entails managing building structures, plumbing network & sanitary wares, furniture and cabinetry. The Head of Maintenance (Civil) ensures a safe & enabling hospital environment by leading and supervising renovation & repairs of building structures (including rehabilitation & light construction works), maintenance of plumbing network, furniture and cabinetry fittings in both clinical and non-clinical spaces within the hospital facilities.
To be successful in this role, the Head of Maintenance (Civil) must have a Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Building Technology, or a related technical field from a recognized institution.
