We are looking for an innovative, analytical, client focused, and collaborative Corporate Services Senior Associate/Associate. As a Corporate Services Senior Associate/Associate, you will contribute to the management and optimization of the Bank’s travel program through travel analysis, contract administration, supplier relations support, and travel technology initiatives. And provide insights and recommendations that support strategic decisions, operational efficiency, and service excellence.
You will work in the Travel, Security, and General Services Group (TSG), part of the Budget and Administrative Services Department within the Vice Presidency for Finance and Administration. The Corporate Travel team manages the Bank’s business travel by coordinating key travel services, suppliers, travel documents, insurance, and agreements with airlines and hotels. In addition to travel, TSG provides other services such as security, food services, custodial services, printing, commuting support, and childcare services.
Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality and Tourism Management, International Business, or another relevant field. In lieu of a Master's degree, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field combined with additional years of experience, beyond the required experience for the position, will be considered equivalent to the master’s degree educational requirement.
Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience with a Master's degree and 6 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree (10 or more years preferred) of progressive experience in the corporate travel industry, including travel operations, supplier coordination, contract support, reporting, data analysis, and travel technology or process improvement initiatives.
Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English, spoken and written, is required. Additional knowledge of French and Portuguese is preferable.

International staff contract, 36 months initially, renewable upon mutual agreement.
