To support MoH/EPI programme in strengthening the planning, coordination, reporting and M&E of Expanded Programme on Immunization (EPI) - focusing on follow up of GAVI supported activities and requirement).
The incumbent will undertake the following duties:
1. Conduct periodic analysis of the coverage by locality to pick up the immunization bottlenecks and barriers and support MoH to develop evidence based national plan.
2. Ensure timely compilation of the state and partners plans in one EPI annual plan, aligning with comprehensive Multi Years Plan( cMYP).
3. Support the MoH in vitalization of the EPI coordination bodies including preparation for the GAVI coordination calls.
4. Ensure the accuracy of data and reporting of EPI at all levels.
5. Follow up with MoH on including their feedback to all states in their monthly reports as well as on its implementation.
Essential: University degree in Medicine, public health or nursing.
Desirable: Master's degree in medicine or public health.
Essential: At least one year experience in EPI programs.
Desirable: Experience in UN or NGOs setting is an asset.
Broad knowledge of EPI strategies and policies and interventions.
Ability to work well under pressure and changing environment.

Remuneration comprises an annual base salary starting at USD 38,762 (subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance, as applicable) and 30 days of annual leave.
