Job Description

Mission and objectives

Our mission is to promote the social, economic, intellectual and informational development of cities and districts of Tajikistan, particularly through the empowerment of youth and women.

Context

Our nonprofit, Rousto Charity, has been approved for the Google Ad Grants program, which provides us with up to $10,000 per month in in-kind search advertising. However, as a lean team, we lack the specialized internal digital marketing capacity needed to successfully manage the platform. This assignment is critical because it will bridge our capacity gap, ensuring we do not lose our grant due to automated compliance rules (like the 5% CTR threshold). By building high-converting ad campaigns, the volunteer will directly help us attract international and local donors, raise awareness, and secure vital funding for our ongoing projects.

Task Description

We are looking for an online volunteer with specialized expertise in Google Ad Grants to optimize our nonprofit's advertising account and help drive online fundraising for our projects. Key responsibilities:
  • Audit and optimize existing Google Ads campaign parameters, geo-targeting, and account structure.
  • Conduct keyword research tailored to nonprofit fundraising while ensuring compliance with Google Grant policies.
  • Set up Smart Bidding (Maximize Conversions) and link the account to Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track donation buttons.
  • Draft high-quality Responsive Search Ads (RSAs) with compelling headlines, copy, and ad extensions.
