The Position/Project/Office Background
The Field Driver contributes to the implementation of UNFPA’s Country Programme by providing logistical and administrative support for the UNFPA programme in Legazpi City. He will be responsible for ensuring reliable and safe driving services for the transport of UNFPA staff, officials and visitors; delivery and collection of mail and documentation; meeting official personnel and visitors at the designated locations. The Field Driver will manage all aspects of vehicle maintenance, minor repairs and cleaning to ensure the vehicle is kept in good running condition.

Institutional Arrangement
The Field Driver will work under the direct supervision of the Programme Analyst, Gender-Based Violence in Emergencies (GBVie) at the duty station, and in close collaboration with the UNFPA Country Office Senior Driver.

The following documents shall be required from the applicants:
a) Personal CV and P11, indicating all past positions held and their main underlying functions, their durations (month/year), the qualifications, as well as the contact details (email and telephone number) of the Candidate, and at least three (3) the most recent professional references of previous supervisors.
