Job Overview:
The Development Coordinator in Phoenix plays a vital role in the Development Team in Arizona. This role is responsible for expanding and strengthening engagement of local individuals, community groups, faith-based organizations, and businesses in the welcoming and integration of refugees, builds awareness of and support for forcibly displaced populations, and seeds the larger landscape for community engagement in Phoenix. The primary areas of responsibility are private fundraising, as well as coordination of the volunteer and in-kind donations programs for the Phoenix office. The Development Coordinator in Phoenix works closely with the Development Director in Arizona to maintain Match requirements, meet fundraising goals and donor engagement, ensure programs have adequate volunteer and intern support, and increase clients’ access to in-kind donation support.

Working Environment:
Compensation: ($26.78). Compensation is based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirements
