Under the supervision of the Country Manager, Mali, with dotted-line functional reporting to the Global Procurement Lead at IDLO Headquarters, the Procurement Specialist will be responsible for organizing and monitoring procurement processes for the Mali Country Office. The Procurement Specialist will work closely with the programme teams to identify the offices' procurement needs and implement the necessary procurement steps in line with IDLO procurement policies and procedures. S/he will also support the office to enhance the capacity of the procurement team and the program teams to improve the overall procurement management, from the identification of needs to the delivery of goods or services.

For this locally recruited position, IDLO shall offer the selected candidate an Affiliate contract of 12 months, with the possibility of extension subject to performance and availability of funding.
In addition, IDLO shall offer a yearly basic salary of XOF 14,225,857, medical insurance, and leave entitlements, including in accordance with IDLO Employee Regulations and Rules.
This local position is open to candidates who are nationals of the duty station or with permanent resident status or other legal authorization permitting them to work in the duty station. An employee subject to local recruitment shall not be eligible for the allowances or benefits exclusively applicable to international employees.
