We are looking for a consultant to provide administrative assistance to the Division Chief, as well as support for strategic coordination and transversal follow-up of the Division's thematic agendas, contributing to articulation between teams and strengthening management mechanisms and internal organization.
The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and a detail-oriented individual, have demonstrated capacity to provide managerial support, work in teams, be able to develop creative approaches to everyday challenges and have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, to multitask, maintain a focus on details, and have superb organizational abilities.
You will work in the Social Protection and Labor Markets Division (SCL/SPL), belonging to the Social Sector. This division is responsible for promoting a comprehensive focus on social protection policies and labor markets, with the aim of improving resilience in the face of risks, boosting the growth of productivity, reducing labor informality and contributing to the reduction of poverty.
Education: Technical degree in social sciences or other fields relevant to the responsibilities of the role.
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience. Experience working as office support and liaison of a similar nature is preferred.
Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English, spoken and written, is required. Additional knowledge of French and Portuguese is preferable.
Consultant: International consultant Full-Time, 14 months (up to 48 months).
