Structural Parasitology Group under Dr. Amit Sharma

Duty Station: New Delhi

VACANCY NOTICE 3rd November, 2026 Two positions of Research Scientist-1, are available, to work on a research project in the Structural Parasitology laboratory, International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (ICGEB), New Delhi, India. The project is sponsored by DBT and the selected candidates will be required to work on Genomics & NGS. Educational Qualifications: Research Scientist-I / RS- I (No. of positions-02 Nos): Fellowship as per DBT/DST/ ICMR norms for RS-I. Applicants must hold a Doctoral degree in Science or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or any sciences but with experience in genome sequencing, NGS and analysis from a recognized university or equivalent and demonstrate relevant research experience How t o apply: Apply with a CV ( not more than 3 pages, elaborating your research exp erience in d etail), contact details o f three academic r eferees ( name, aff iliation, e- mail and p hone numbers), and a cover letter (one page) at amit.icmrcar@gmail.com.
