Overall purpose of the role
The Consortium MEAL Coordinator will be responsible for leading and strengthening Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) systems for the FCDO-funded GBV consortium, ensuring high-quality data collection, analysis, and evidence generation to improve program performance. The role focuses on results monitoring, accountability, learning, and evaluation, while ensuring compliance with donor requirements and DRC’s internal MEAL standards. The MEAL Coordinator will provide technical support, capacity building, and coordination across consortium members including downstream partners, ensuring adaptive learning and evidence-based decision-making. He/She will be the primary focal point externally and internally for monitoring/evaluation and information management/reporting.

Contract: One-year contract with possibility of extension, subject to funding and performance. Salary and conditions in accordance with the Danish Refugee Council’s Terms of Employment for International staff. This position is graded at Band NM.G
