CARE Canada is looking for a MEAL Advisor!
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Senior Advisor, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL), the MEAL Advisor role works closely with MEAL colleagues and project teams across CARE Canada and the wider CARE Confederation. The role provides technical guidance throughout the program cycle—from proposal development and MEAL design through implementation, evaluation, research, learning and results reporting.
The role requires strong technical expertise in gender-responsive and feminist MEAL approaches, as well as the ability to translate complex evidence into practical insights that strengthen programming and inform decision-making. It also contributes to CARE Canada’s ongoing efforts to be recognized as a thought leader and partner of choice in monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning. In addition to core MEAL responsibilities, this role may have the opportunity to contribute to strategic climate-related work, including learning, innovation, research, and program support.
