Description
• Design and execute outreach campaigns (targeted communications, roadshows, office hours, community events, executive briefings) to expand adoption across business units. • Develop role-based learning paths (executive, manager, analyst, assistant) tied to productivity scenarios and measurable outcomes. • Create and maintain adoption assets (quick-start guides, job aids, playbooks, FAQs, demos, scripts, curated learning playlists). • Establish and manage feedback channels (surveys, listening sessions, focus groups, champion feedback, analytics review) to capture pain points and opportunities. • Operate within SAFe ways of working by supporting Backlog refinement, PI Planning, Iteration Planning and reviews. • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand workflows, productivity challenges, and success criteria. • Working knowledge of M365 Copilot scenarios, responsible use guidance, and prompt patterns (role-based prompting, iterative prompting, grounding, data sensitivity awareness). • Comfort synthesizing qualitative and quantitative inputs into prioritized recommendations. • Strong writing and presentation skills for executive-ready communications and end-user job aids.
Selection Criteria
• 2+ years in one or more of: product operations, digital adoption, customer success, product enablement, IT service enablement, or productivity/collaboration programs. • Demonstrated ability to build and run train-the-trainer programs and role-based enablement. • Experience working in Agile / SAFe delivery environments (PI planning support, backlog refinement, iteration planning/review involvement) • Experience driving adoption of AI productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, Gemini, Grammarly) including user guidance, communication plans, and measurement. • Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900) or AB-900 (Desired)
