About IOCC

International Orthodox Christian Charities (IOCC) is the humanitarian agency of the Orthodox Church in the US, based in Baltimore, Maryland, USA. 

IOCC offers emergency relief and development programs to those in need worldwide, without discrimination, and strengthens the capacity of the Orthodox Church to respond. For 30 years now, IOCC has served people in need in more than 60 countries.

In Romania, Poland and Ukraine, International Orthodox Christian Charities (IOCC) and its local partners are implementing several projects under the "Ukraine Response Program", assisting the Ukrainian refugees and IDPs (Internally Displaced Persons). IOCC's current key sectors of focus are Health & Nutrition, Water-Sanitation-Hygiene (WASH), Shelter and Protection and will be addressing needs in other sectors as appropriate. By pursuing these program areas, IOCC supports both refugees and local populations, and helps to tackle the problems and to improve lives long term.
