Ce poste est à pourvoir dans le bureau de pays du Tchad à N'Djamena, Le/la titulaire relève du chargé Nationale des Ressources Humaines. À ce niveau, le/la titulaire de cet emploi concerné doit assumer la responsabilité de la bonne mise en œuvre d'une gamme complète d'activités de gestion des ressources humaines nécessitant de lui/elle qu'il/elle interprète dans une certaine mesure les orientations et pratiques standard à sa disposition. Les principales responsabilités de ce poste s’articuleront autour de l’appui dans le volet opérations (Contrats du personnel local, l’induction, la gestion des donnée)
OBJECTIFS ATTACHÉS AU POSTE
Effectuer diverses tâches de gestion des ressources humaines afin de faciliter la mise en œuvre rigoureuse des politiques et des procédures du PAM et de contribuer à l'efficacité de services de ressources humaines axés sur les besoins des bénéficiaires de ces services et adaptés à la stratégie définie.

Avoir au minimum le baccalauréat, un diplôme d’étude supérieur (BTS) en Ressources Humaine ou d’un diplôme équivalent serait un atout

Avoir la maîtrise du français (en communication orale et écrite) et une bonne connaissance de l'anglais (niveau intermédiaire).
