The Consultant, under the overall management of the Chief Field Education Programme, and the supervision of the Project Manager, will directly support and report to the Fab Lab Coordinator. The Consultant will be responsible for activities described below: o Develop and maintain a comprehensive English language curriculum that aligns with the needs of students in the Digital Hub. o Ensure the curriculum covers essential language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing, with a focus on both academic and professional contexts. o Create engaging educational materials, including lesson plans, worksheets ,multimedia content, and assessments, to enhance the learning experience. o Continuously update course content to reflect current trends and practical applications of the English language in various fields. o Deliver interactive and engaging English language training sessions that cater to diverse learning styles and proficiency levels. o Provide guidance and mentorship to students, helping them build confidence in their English language skills and encouraging their participation. o Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and collaboration. o Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding of the English language and provide 1:1 support. o Provide timely and constructive feedback to students, helping them identify areas for improvement and growth. o Gather and analyse feedback from students and stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of the training programme. o Make recommendations for programme improvements based on assessment results and emerging trends in language education. o Maintain and regularly update the English curriculum to reflect the latest trends, industry standards, and technological advancements. o Collaborate with technical trainers to ensure the curriculum supports integrated learning and aligns with digital and technological training. o Deliver interactive and engaging English language training sessions that cater to varying proficiency levels, using diverse teaching strategies and multimedia tools. o Ensure all beneficiaries graduate with a strong foundation in English,capable of applying their skills in academic, technical, and professional environments. o Gather and analyse feedback from beneficiaries and stakeholders, recommending improvements to enhance the program's impact. o Contribute to a final evaluation report at the end of the contract term, summarizing outcomes and achievements

Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus. Minimum 5 years of experience in linguistics and/or English language teaching Strong knowledge of language acquisition theories, teaching methodologies, and assessment practices. Proficiency in using digital tools and resources for language instruction Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills. Passionate about education and committed to fostering a positive learning environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork and student success.
