Purpose of the Position:
The purpose of the post is to act as a senior Business Relationship Manager and institutional representative of UNICC for assigned strategic clients. The incumbent will be responsible for direct engagement with senior client stakeholders, strategic account leadership, business development, escalation management, governance discussions and alignment between client priorities and UNICC’s service portfolio.

Main duties and responsibilities:
The incumbent will work under the direct supervision and guidance of the Chief, Business Relationship Management Section (DBR) within the Director (DO) Division and in close collaboration with the DBR team. The incumbent could be requested to do any other tasks of similar level in related fields. The incumbent will perform the following duties:
Strategic client leadership with HQ based clients
Business development and demand shaping
Governance, negotiation and escalation
Direction to support hubs
