The Position:
Le/la stagiaire soutiendra l'équipe Preuves, Savoirs et Innovation (PSI) dans l'organisation d'événements, le plaidoyer et la recherche portant sur les intersections du changement climatique, du genre et des droits et de la santé sexuels et reproductifs (DSSR).

Job Purpose:
L'objectif principal de ce stage est de contribuer à la production de connaissances, au renforcement des capacités, au positionnement politique et au plaidoyer concernant l'impact du changement climatique sur l'égalité des genres et les DSSR aux Comores.
You would be responsible for:
Soutien au positionnement et au plaidoyer : Soutenir le positionnement de l'UNFPA et de l'Agenda CIPD dans le plaidoyer sur le changement climatique, incluant la conception et l'organisation d'événements clés (virtuels, en personne et hybrides), la réalisation des projets climat, la gestion des connaissances, la diffusion des messages clés et le développement de propositions pour la mobilisation du financement climatique.
Soutien à la communication : Soutenir l'Unité de Communication dans le développement et la diffusion de supports de communication (publications sur les réseaux sociaux, communiqués de presse, bulletins d'information) afin de sensibiliser au travail de l'UNFPA Comores sur le changement climatique.
Production de connaissances et renforcement des capacités : Soutenir la recherche sur le changement climatique et son impact sur l'égalité des genres et les DSSR aux Comores, développer des produits de connaissance (fiches d'information nationales), contribuer aux outils de plaidoyer (tableau de bord des CDN) et coordonner les ateliers/formations pour les parties prenantes gouvernementales et non gouvernementales.
