Country / Duty Station: Home-based (with missions to CESDRR, Almaty, dates TBC)
Duration of assignment / end date: 60 days during September 2026 – September 2027, part-time
Beneficiary countries: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
The proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than the indicated deadline.
Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. Bidders are strongly advised not to wait until the submission deadline to upload their offers. Any technical issues related to portal registration or bid submission should be reported to UNDP through the messaging functionality as early as possible and preferably at least five (5) working days before the closing date. UNDP cannot be held responsible for late or unsuccessful submissions resulting from technical difficulties, connectivity issues, or bidder-side system problems occurring near the deadline.
