Introduction

Description of the Assignment:

The consultant shall carry out his mission in close consultation with UNCDF’s Blue Peace investment officer in Freetown, Freetown City Council’s focal point, Guma Valley Water Company’s focal point, experts of the project designer, the contractor(s) focal point and any other relevant parties involved in the project, such as conventional concessionaires. During the contractual period, the consultant shall be available for the meetings when requested by UNCDF. By submitting to this job announcement, the candidate is considered (if contracted) by UNCDF as committed to answering questions and demands for clarifications and invitations for meetings issued by UNCDF.

Period of assignment/services :

150 days.

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNCDF will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
