Duties and Responsibilities

Under the coordination of the project manager, the consultant will: • Support the private‑sector and multi‑stakeholder engagement for the AI Track of the WIF. Conduct due diligence and risk screening of relevant entities, facilitate the formal invitation process for speakers and participants, and carry out associated event management duties to advance track preparation. • Support stakeholder coordination and programme‑related event management workflows. Liaise with private‑sector representatives and multi‑stakeholder entities, maintain engagement records, assist in communications with partners, and support preparatory administrative work for the AI Track and other related meetings. • Provide targeted support throughout the preparation, implementation and follow-up activities of the AI Track. Assist with relevant work for stakeholder engagements during and after the event, as well as perform other related event management and coordination tasks as required. • Provide targeted support for the implementation of post-event deliverables and follow-up activities after the WIF. Support the implementation of agreed actions and joint initiatives with partner organizations, including ITU. Facilitate continued engagement with relevant private-sector and multi-stakeholder partners to advance the outcomes and deliverables of the AI Track.

Qualifications/special skills

Advanced university degree, Master, in international relations, economics, law, public policy, business administration, or related field is required. At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in private-sector engagement, institutional risk management, due diligence, compliance, or integrity frameworks, including experience in designing, assessing, or strengthening such processes within international organizations, multilateral institutions, financial institutions, or comparable organizational settings is required.

Languages

Fluency spoken and written in English is required. Knowledge of French is desirable.
