The International Service for Remunerations and Pensions
The International Service for Remunerations and Pensions (ISRP) delivers specialised services to international organisations, covering salary studies, statistical analysis, surveys, remuneration and pension management, legal advisory services and fund management. The ISRP is administratively attached to the OECD.
Within the ISRP, the IT Services Unit (ITS) develops, maintains and modernises a portfolio of digital services that support the Service’s operational activities. These services include web applications used for pension administration, compensation and benefits, surveys, legal and document services, and related business processes. The Unit works across product design, software engineering, operations and continuous improvement to deliver reliable, secure and user-centred digital services.
The ISRP is looking for a Product Engineer to strengthen the evolution of its digital services within its IT Services Unit (ITS), with a focus on the Service’s web applications portfolio. The selected candidate will take features from business needs to delivered software by leading product discovery with stakeholders, authoring functional specifications, designing accessible user experiences, and building and shipping web applications on a modern TypeScript stack. The selected candidate will contribute to the day-to-day operational running of ISRP digital services on the basis of documented procedures, and will play a central role in strengthening knowledge management and shared practices across the Service’s IT activities. Depending on the strengths of the selected candidate, the role may be weighted further towards engineering depth or towards product and portfolio ownership. The selected candidate will report to the ISRP Technical Lead Manager, under the general supervision of the Head of the IT Services Unit (ITS).
