JOB DESCRIPTION  (See link to the full job description in the blue box)

• University degree in an engineering or related field, or equivalent.
• At least five years of experience in the areas of configuration management, systems engineering, and life cycle management of complex systems individually or collectively.
• General knowledge of Air Surveillance Systems, NATO Air Defence (Ground) Radars [AD(G)], Air Command and Control (Air C2) systems and related equipment, Communications and Information Systems (CIS), Ground Based Air Defence Systems (GBAD).
• Experience in the use of Technical Data Packages (TDPs) and other technical documentation for large scale defence systems.
• Knowledge of NATO organisation, procedures, STANAGs and acquisition processes, especially in the domain of configuration management.
• Sound knowledge of Systems Engineering in accordance with widely accepted international standards.
• Excellent technical writing skills and ability to draft clear and concise reports.
• Very good knowledge of and recent practical experience in configuration management, product data management systems and procedures.
• NATO's official languages are English and French. The work of this post requires fluency in English, while working knowledge of French is desirable.

POST DETAILS

• Basic monthly salary: EUR 7 849.98, tax free - before insurance and pension contributions.
