IRC UK is part of the IRC global network, which has its global headquarters in New York. Our team in the UK works to raise profile, deliver policy and practice change, and increase funding to help restore health, safety, education, economic wellbeing and power to people devastated by conflict and disaster. Since 2021, IRC UK has also provided integration services directly to refugees in England.
In Europe, the IRC also has offices in Berlin, Bonn, Brussels, Geneva and Stockholm.
THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience developing corporate partnerships, with particular experience in (i) managing Financial Service partners, and (ii) humanitarian and development, both considered desirable but not essential. As a Senior Officer, you will secure and manage a dedicated portfolio of corporate partners, primarily within the Financial Services sector, with scope to work across other sectors. You will build tailored fundraising strategies and activations, focusing on incremental and sustained revenue generation. You will also bring a passion for the IRC's mission, nuanced understanding of private sector fundraising, and dedication to the organisation's diversity, equity, and inclusion values.

Compensation: (Pay Rate: £52,210-£61,999/yr). Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
