Atteindre les objectifs et maintenir le contrôle des épidémies (EpiC) est un projet mondial de santé d’une durée de huit ans (2019–2027), financé par le Plan d’urgence présidentiel pour la lutte contre le sida (PEPFAR) et le Département d’État américain. Présent dans plusieurs pays, EpiC dispose d’une expertise technique étendue et reconnue.
En Guinée, EpiC contribue au renforcement de la sécurité sanitaire mondiale en développant les capacités locales pour prévenir, détecter et répondre aux maladies infectieuses. Dans le cadre du programme GHS, EpiC appuie les systèmes de santé publique aux niveaux mondial, régional et local, en s’appuyant sur une expertise éprouvée et des ressources existantes alignées sur les priorités du GHS, les Plans d’action nationaux pour la sécurité sanitaire (NAPHS) et les objectifs du Département d’État américain.
EpiC travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les acteurs clés de l’approche One Health (santé animale, humaine et environnementale), ainsi qu’avec les entités et associations du secteur privé, pour mettre en œuvre un ensemble complet de stratégies dans les régions et districts prioritaires. Ces interventions viseront à renforcer les capacités essentielles du RSI afin de prévenir, détecter et répondre efficacement aux maladies infectieuses émergentes et réémergentes, responsables d’une forte mortalité, morbidité et de pertes économiques.

Nous cherchons à employer un Spécialiste Surveillance pour faciliter la mise en œuvre du projet EpiC en Guinée.
Ordinateur personnel/ordinateur portable, applications Microsoft (c'est-à-dire Office 365, SharePoint, Zoom/Teams), technologie mobile/portable, et équipements de bureau standards.

The expected hiring salary range for this role is GNF 140,000,000 - 170,000,000 for annual basic salary. When determining an offer amount, FHI 360 factors in multiple considerations, including but not limited to: relevant years of experience and education possessed by the applicant, internal equity, market pay, and budget. For internal candidates, salary placement will also follow FHI 360’s current promotional increase guidelines.
