The Team
U.S. Program (USP) is pursuing Ambition 2045 — a division-wide effort to accelerate progress toward equitable upward mobility through educational attainment. The Office of the President (OOP) plays a central role in supporting both the U.S. Leadership Team and USP colleagues through the step-change needed to achieve division-wide goals. Within OOP, the Strategic Planning & Management (SPM) function serves as a critical enterprise capability that enables division-wide strategy integration, planning, governance, and organizational coherence. The function ensures that strategic priorities are translated into actionable plans, decision forums, and operating rhythms that support high-quality, timely, and accountable decisions across the division.Your Role
You are responsible for managing the creation and deployment of AI-enabled systems and tools that support the division’s work across strategic planning, measurement and learning, communications, and colleague engagement in service of our division’s desired impact. You serve as the product manager for a portfolio of internal AI-enabled products — executive decision-support tools, operational support tools, and more — developing and driving a product roadmap that connects individual tools to broader business needs, clarifies prioritization and sequencing, and translates those needs into practical solutions that are adopted and continuously improved. You have experience building or deploying AI-enabled workflows in professional settings and bring a systems-thinking orientation to connecting tools, data, and operational processes into cohesive experiences.
