Description
• Manage platform upgrades, patches, transport, performance tuning, and capacity planning. • Ensure platform availability, resiliency, scalability, and operational stability. • Perform professional-level analysis and platform engineering activities across data and analytics platforms. • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define solutions and drive continuous improvement. • Apply practical expertise across data platforms, analytics architecture, cloud technologies, integration, security, and operational support. • Support incident response, root cause analysis, and issue remediation activities. • Monitor platform health, data loads, and integration performance. • Ensure reporting platform performance, reliability, and operational excellence. • Support security reviews, vulnerability remediation, and platform hardening activities. • Maintain appropriate controls for access management, data protection, and system integrity. • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Scrum Masters, and Engineering teams to prioritize platform improvements. • Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Selection Criteria
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale analytics, reporting, and data platforms. • Experience with enterprise data integration, analytics modernization, and cloud data platform technologies. Advanced analytical, problem-solving, communication, and Agile delivery skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders, influence decisions, and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to achieve business and technology objectives.
