Its mandate is to deliver knowledge for impact to support the WBG to achieve its goals in support of our mission and specifically: providing guidance on creating more and better jobs by: (i) supporting foundational infrastructure and human capital, (ii) policy environment, and (iii) enabling and mobilizing private sector capital. With 60 years of experience, the WBG is poised to support the sector becoming an engine of growth and jobs through improving policies and governance, foundational infrastructure, and private sector investments. WBG lending in the sector is expected to grow substantially. The Infrastructure VPU’s objectives in driving outcomes include replicating and scaling effective solutions, enhancing thought leadership and innovation, and delivering timely knowledge to client teams. For more information: https://www.worldbank.org/en/topic/infrastructure Sustainable Infrastructure Advisory (SIA) provides IFC clients and partners with expert sustainability advice that enables infrastructure investments with strong development impact. We work with investors, companies, and subnational governments in emerging markets, helping to design and implement sustainability solutions that create jobs, support access to clean energy, catalyze economic growth, strengthen asset and community resilience, support a healthier planet, and foster a more equitable society. The selected candidate will have a dotted line to the Ukraine Joint Country Representative or delegated colleague. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Program Management and Participant Engagement: Support the implementation and management of the Employer-driven Skills Development component under the Women Rebuild Umbrella, including participant outreach and selection for future cohorts, regular communication with participants, monitoring engagement and progress, and ensuring participants are able to fully benefit from the program during and after completion. Maintain and facilitate the alumni network and broader community of participates in WRU initiatives. Support of the online training platform, ensuring content is relevant and up to date.
• Employer Readiness and Workplace Transformation: Contribute to the implementation of the Employer Readiness and Workplace Transformation component under the Women Rebuild Ukraine Umbrella. Support activities around employer readiness assessments; development and delivery of training on workforce integration and employee support, development of onboarding, mentoring, and employee engagement mechanisms.
• Peer-Learning Platform Support: Serve as a shared resource with GSI in the design, implementation, and stakeholder engagement activities related to the Peer-Learning Platform under the Women Rebuild Ukraine Umbrella. This may include supporting company outreach and engagement, coordinating learning and peer-exchange activities, assisting with needs assessments and curriculum development, and documenting lessons learned and good practices.
• Project Coordination and Reporting: Support project monitoring, and reporting across the components of the WRU Umbrella, including preparation of progress updates. PSRs, donor and stakeholder reporting, tracking key milestones, and documenting project results and lessons learned.
• Support country team in delivering for other Ukraine programs as needed through business development pitches, implementation, and strategy contributions. This would not take more than 25%-30% of ETC’s time.
