  • Contribute to SARDE's knowledge management agenda, including supporting the identification of priority knowledge gaps and opportunities for knowledge capture within the South Asia Region portfolio.
  • Help curate and disseminate relevant knowledge products (briefs, notes, case studies, toolkits) to Practice Groups, CMUs, and other stakeholders.
  • Support the region's engagement with WBG knowledge platforms, including Knowledge 360 (K360), the Lessons Explorer, and other institutional tools. 2. Learning and Capacity Building
  • Coordinate and support the SAR learning agenda in partnership with the Staff Learning focal point and other SARDE team members, ensuring alignment with WBG corporate learning priorities.
  • Organize and facilitate learning events, including OPS Forum, SAR Clinics, and cross-regional knowledge exchanges.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of the SAR Mini Master Program (Year 2), including curriculum development, content production, logistics, speaker coordination, and participant engagement across the South Asia Region.
  • Identify staff learning needs across Practice Groups and CMUs in the South Asia Region and support the development of targeted learning solutions in response.
  • Track participation and measure the effectiveness of learning interventions, providing regular reporting to SARDE management. 3. Video Production and Communications
  • Produce and edit video content to support SARDE's knowledge and learning agenda, including recordings of learning events, explainer videos, and knowledge capsules for dissemination across the South Asia Region.
  • Manage end-to-end video production workflows — scripting, filming, editing, captioning, and publishing — using WBG-approved tools and platforms.
  • Ensure learning event recordings are appropriately archived and made accessible to SAR staff through relevant platforms (e.g., SharePoint, K360).
  • Support the visual communication of knowledge products and learning materials, including infographics and multimedia content. 4. Partnerships Support The ETC will provide dedicated support to the SARDE Partnership Lead, assisting with the full range of partnership and co-financing activities for the South Asia Region. This includes:
  • Meeting preparation and documentation: Prepare briefing notes, background materials, talking points, and presentation decks for meetings with development partners, donors, and co-financing institutions. Ensure that pre-meeting packages are comprehensive, well-organized, and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Follow-up and coordination: Track action items and decisions from partnership meetings, draft follow-up correspondence, and maintain organized records of all engagements. Proactively flag pending actions to the Partnership Lead.
  • Donor reporting and correspondence: Support the preparation of donor reports, contributions to trust fund reporting requirements, and routine correspondence with co-financing partners, ensuring accuracy and consistency with WBG standards. 5. Strategy and Reporting
  • Contribute to SARDE's strategic planning processes by providing analysis and recommendations on knowledge and learning priorities.
  • Prepare periodic reports on the status of knowledge and learning activities for SARDE management and regional leadership.
  • Track and report on relevant corporate commitments and metrics related to knowledge and learning.
