How can you make a difference?
With a strong focus on upstream engagement through policy advocacy, systems strengthening, strategic partnerships, and the application of UNICEF's 3Cs (Convene, Converge, and Catalyze) for Every Child approach, you will provide professional technical, operational and administrative support throughout UNICEF programme planning, monitoring, evidence and reporting processes.
The role ensures that robust monitoring mechanisms are in place to generate high-quality, evidence-based information and analysis, which are used to inform programme implementation, reviews and reporting, and shared with relevant stakeholders.
The role serves as the Field Office focal point for Planning, Monitoring and internal programme data analytics, supporting the Chief of Field Office and programme teams to strengthen results-based management, programme performance monitoring and evidence informed decision making.

Minimum requirements:
Education: An Advanced University Degree in economics, public policy sociology, demography, statistics or other relevant social science field is required.
Work Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in social development analysis planning, monitoring and evaluation, including experience in designing and implementing M&E systems for large programmes is required.
Skills: Results Based Management, Programme Monitoring, Results Reporting, Research Management, Data Analytics and M&E Frameworks
Language Requirements: Proficiency in English is required.
Desirables:
Relevant experience in Administrative Systems, Data for Advocacy, AI for Evidence, Mixed Methods and Partnerships Management is an asset.
Supervisory experience will be an asset.
