Context

This initiative aims to build organizational capacity around artificial intelligence, focusing on practical application. A volunteer is needed to assist with editing of 3 email communications materials to inform staff of the capacity building initiatives.. By ensuring that email campaign communications meet high quality and readability standards, the volunteer will directly enable staff readiness to leverage AI tools.

Task Description

We are seeking one Online Volunteer to provide copyediting, proofreading, and quality assurance support for participant-facing email campaign communications for an AI Capacity Building initiative between September and December. The volunteer will complete the following specific deliverables: Communications Proofreading: Proofread campaign communications and promotional email templates (approx. 4–5 short messages). Feedback & Quality Assurance: Provide actionable feedback on clarity, tone, grammar, and formatting consistency using tracked changes in Google Docs/MS Word. Logistics & Collaboration: The volunteer will work remotely and coordinate with the project lead primarily via email, with occasional 15-minute virtual check-in calls via MS Teams/Zoom as needed.
