Introduction

Description of the Assignment: Recruitment of an Individual Consultant to serve as HealthTech Hub Manager, providing strategic and operational leadership for the timbuktoo HealthTech Hub, including strategic planning and positioning, HealthTech ecosystem and partnership development, Development Services, governance, operational and financial oversight, startup pipeline performance, sustainability, and impact measurement and management.

Period of assignment/services: 01 September 2026 to 31 August 2027 (240 working days over 12 months).

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
