To support the effective implementation of UN Women’s programme in Indonesia the role of ICT supports is essential. To maintain and ensure good ICT support, the UN Women Country Office Indonesia is seeking part time of an ICT specialist.
The objective of this Consultancy is to provide Information and Communication Technology (ICT) support services to UN Women Indonesia Country Office. The Consultant shall perform all the services or work necessary to fulfill the objectives of the Consultancy contract.
The consultant will be reporting to Operations Manager, and will be supported by Finance Support, who will be the point of contact on the contract and payment issues.
Description of Responsibilities /Scope of Work
The consultant provides monthly IT activity report of UN Women Indonesia Office as the output and will undertake the following key duties and responsibilities:
1. Provide general ICT support to the Country Office in compliance with UN Women rules, regulations, policies, and procedure;
2. Provide technical assistance in troubleshooting software and hardware issues, including system installation and configuration;
3. Provide technical assistance in maintaining overall software, hardware equipment and supplies;
4. Provide support to the Country Office as an Asset Focal Point;
5. The incumbent performs other duties within their functional profile as deemed necessary for the efficient functioning of the Office and the Organization.
Consultant’s Workplace and Official Travel
This is an office-based consultancy with hybrid arrangements. The ICT Consultant is also expected to work from outside the premises depending on the type of support needed.
