Plan International Pilipinas is looking for a Project Officer to support the implementation of the ECHO-funded ACCESS 3 Project, a humanitarian initiative delivered in partnership with other organizations across the Philippines.
This role will lead the activation of a Rapid Response Mechanism (RRM) during disasters and conflict-related emergencies, helping ensure that affected communities receive timely, coordinated, and accountable assistance. When emergencies are not active, the position will support preparedness activities, project implementation, and partner coordination.
