| DIVISION PURPOSE: TEAM PURPOSE: The MEAL Officer sits in the program team, managed by the District Coordinator in Nuwakot. The position is fully responsible to manage and lead MEAL and documentation related activities under flood and landslide response programmes 2026 of Oxfam for proposed districts under the leadership of Response Manager - Flood Response and also to support partner organization of Oxfam for MEAL and documentation. S/he will also coordinate with WASH, EFSVL, and gender and protection staffs to ensure MEAL and documentation in the response program.
JOB PURPOSE: To support flood and landslide response programme in the management of internal project related documentation, and creating contents, stories and support in process documentation of projects. S/he is also accountable for the development of the monitoring and learning capacity of partners in line with capacity assessments and project plans and to strengthen the ability of projects to articulate achievements, challenges and learnings in a spirit of mutual accountability. | |
