FHI 360 est à la recherche de candidatures pour le poste de Senior Community Technical Officer (Approche Communautaire VIH) pour le projet “Atteindre les objectifs et maintenir le contrôle épidémique” (EpiC) au Sénégal. EpiC est un projet mondial de cinq ans financés par le Département d’Etat Américain (DoS). Le projet fournit une assistance technique stratégique (TA) et une prestation de services directe pour surmonter les obstacles à 95-95-95 et promouvoir une gestion autonome des programmes nationaux de lutte contre le VIH en améliorant le dépistage des cas de VIH, la prévention, les programmes de traitement et la charge virale (CV) suppression parmi les populations à haut risque d’infection à VIH. Au Sénégal, EpiC travaille dans sept régions (Dakar, Thiès, Saint Louis, Kolda, Kaolack, Sédhiou, et Ziguinchor) pour fournir des services liés au VIH auprès des populations à haut risque d’infection à VIH et renforcera les capacités des organisations locales et à base communautaire et travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les structures de santé, le gouvernement Sénégalais et les principales parties prenantes pour fournir des services VIH adaptés.
DESCRIPTION DU POSTE :
Sous la supervision du Directeur Technique, le Senior Community Technical Officer (Approche Communautaire VIH) est un membre de l’équipe technique du projet EpiC. La principale responsabilité du Senior Technical Officer (Approche Communautaire VIH) est d’assurer la mise en œuvre réussie des interventions communautaires du plan de travail du projet EpiC et l’atteinte des cibles et des objectifs du projet. Le Senior Technical Officer (Approche communautaire VIH) assurera la supervision technique et l’assistance au projet dans les aspects communautaires du programme EpiC ainsi que le soutien technique pour tous les aspects de la cascade du VIH dans les sept régions soutenues par le projet. Elle/Il s’assurera que les interventions mises en œuvre sont fondées sur des données probantes, axées sur la communauté et contribueront aux livrables du plan annuel du projet EpiC.
Ce poste est essentiel pour l’élaboration d’approches de qualité et fondées sur des données probantes pour le soutien de la mise en œuvre des approches communautaires du dépistage du VIH (HIVST, index testing, SNS, Community), du PrEP, de la référence aux soins de services, de la sensibilisation par les pairs pour les services sante, de l’initiation du traitement et des activités de rétention, et le charge virale pour les populations à haut risque d’infection VIH et les personnes vivant avec le VIH.

The expected hiring salary range for this role is XOF 22,000,000 - 30,000,000 for annual basic salary. When determining an offer amount, FHI 360 factors in multiple considerations, including but not limited to: relevant years of experience and education possessed by the applicant, internal equity, market pay, and budget. For internal candidates, salary placement will also follow FHI 360’s current promotional increase guidelines.
