About the Role

This internship offers the opportunity to support the Office of the President in its daily administrative and organizational activities. The role is designed to help you develop practical office‑management skills, gain exposure to executive‑level operations, and build confidence working with documents, digital tools, and structured processes. You’ll contribute to the smooth functioning of the office while learning how administrative support plays a key role in overall organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with archiving, sorting, and securely disposing of documents.
  • Preparing and packing folders for meetings, projects, and internal use.
  • Creating and maintaining lists, spreadsheets, and basic databases.
  • Supporting the preparation of presentations and simple visual materials.
  • Using cloud‑based applications to organize and manage files.
  • Keeping physical and digital folders structured and up to date.
  • Carrying out additional administrative tasks as assigned to support the office’s daily operations.

Applicants should:

  • Be students or hold a degree in finance, economics, business administration, political science, international relations, or any other field relevant to the internship’s focus.
  • Have an excellent command of the English language.
  • Possess good MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Possess good presentation/writing skills as well as organizing and archiving skills.
