The Staff Association is seeking hands-on Data and Operations Senior Analyst to support its day-to-day operations, data management, and reporting needs. This is a technical role focused on data accuracy, reporting, systems support, and activities / initiative execution. The position does not include people management responsibilities and is ideal for a professional who enjoys working with data, systems, and processes to improve service delivery.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, data Analytics, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year (2 - 4 years preferred) of relevant professional experience in Data analysis and reporting, Programs and Initiatives general service support, Information, membership, or systems management. Experience in an international organization, nonprofit, staff association, or corporate service environment is an asset.
Languages: Proficiency in English and one of the other Bank official languages (Spanish, French or Portuguese) is required.

Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab.
International: International staff contract, 36 months initially, renewable upon mutual agreement.
