In this full-time, max term (12 months) role, you’ll work as a part of our Finance Operations team in our Melbourne head office to help us create lasting change for children everywhere. The Senior Business Analyst plays an important role in delivering on our vision of a better world for children. By leading the definition phase of our Finance Management System replacement, supporting the transition from Unit4 Business World to Oracle Fusion, you’ll be contributing to our commitment to children in Australia, the Pacific and around the world.
You will make a difference by:
· Leading end-to-end discovery and definition for the Finance Management System replacement
· Engaging senior stakeholders and facilitating workshops to define future-state requirements
· Documenting current-state finance processes and identifying risks and inefficiencies
· Developing clear, prioritised functional and non-functional requirements
· Supporting RFP development and implementation partner evaluation
· Contributing to business case development and investment submissions

This role requires:
· Demonstrated Business Analyst experience on complex finance or ERP transformation projects
· Strong experience documenting business processes and requirements
· Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
· Experience supporting RFPs, vendor selection or tender evaluations
· Ability to work independently across competing priorities
