This vacancy is for the Migration Partnership Facility (MPF), an EU-funded initiative implemented by ICMPD and supporting the external dimension of EU migration policy (for more info, visit www.migrationpartnershipfacility.eu). The MPF regularly launches Calls for Proposals or directly awards grants to third parties, for migration partnerships' projects. The selected candidate will report to the Grants Portfolio Manager and will be responsible for the coordination and technical oversight, including quality assurance, of MPF grant scheme(s) and the management of grant team(s) under the assigned thematic area while remaining aligned with the strategy, goals, regulatory framework, standard administrative practices and operating procedures of ICMPD and with partner and donor agreements. Required expertise include: ability to effectively manage grant schemes and grants teams in an international context; proven capability to promote capacity development measures across the full grant cycle management; and familiarity with grant management (IT) tools. ​

English & French proficiency mandatory. Knowledge of other EU languages considered an asset.
