This vacancy is for the Migration Partnership Facility (MPF), an EU-funded initiative implemented by ICMPD and supporting the external dimension of EU migration policy (for more info, visit www.migrationpartnershipfacility.eu). The MPF regularly launches Calls for Proposals or directly awards grants to third parties, for migration partnerships projects. The selected candidate will report to the Grants Manager and will be responsible for the oversight of (a portfolio of) assigned grant projects, throughout the whole grant cycle. Required expertise include ability to monitor projects from both financial and technical perspectives, extract learning, and ensure compliance with ICMPD and donor regulations.

English & French proficiency mandatory. Knowledge of other EU languages considered an asset.
