Your expertise in government processes, stakeholder engagement and crafting policy submissions and briefs will be central to visible, real‑world outcomes—shaping how we engage decision‑makers and influence change for children and families. You bring exceptional writing skills, a strong understanding of social policy, and serious organisational discipline. You’re comfortable working alongside senior leaders and State Directors, helping to shape, plan and progress government engagement—not just prepare materials in isolation. You’ll have a genuine seat at the table in how engagement is approached and executed. You bring order to complexity, connect the dots across teams, and make sure important work is followed through.
