- Minimum five years’ relevant experience in training/learning activities, preferably in the military environment.
- Working knowledge of military operations and/or maintenance of complex defence systems and associated experience in related training management, preferably with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems.
- Knowledge of specialised training/learning management Information Systems (IS).
- Sound digital literacy with experience in using office automation systems and software applications, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Experience in managing the delivery of training to operational audiences using a range of instructional techniques.
- Experience in Air Battle Management or Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations.
- Experience or certifications with tactical datalinks (Link-16), Ground Moving Target Indicator (GMTI) operations, sensor operations, surveillance operations or imagery analysis.
- Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM).
- Experience in writing operational or technical requirements at headquarter level.
- Experience in writing SOW.
- Experience in Project Management and/or US Foreign Military Sales (FMS).
- NATO's official languages are English and French. The work of this post requires fluency in English while working knowledge of French is desirable.

POST DETAILS - Basic monthly salary: EUR 5 879.80, tax free - before insurance and pension contributions.
