Introduction

Description of the Assignment: Consultancy to Develop Policy Communication and Training Materials for the draft National Waste Management Policy

Period of assignment/services: 10 Working Days spread over 01 calendar months

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.

Disqualification / Rejection of Offers

• Offers not submitted through the Quantum system, or submitted using incorrect credentials, will be disqualified.
• Any offer submitted for the recruitment of an Individual Contractor but registered in the name of a company in the Quantum system, will be rejected.
• An individual wishing to submit an offer for an Individual Contract and sign an RLA contract on behalf of his/her company must use their own individual vendor credentials in Quantum and select the RLA modality option in the offeror's form.
• Offers for Individual Contracts submitted under a company name will be rejected.
• If a supplier/vendor operates both as a company and as an individual contractor, they must create two separate profiles, each with a distinct email address.
