    Introduction

    UNDP Viet Nam is seeking for A National consultant to review relevant regulations and policies to develop technical guidelines, manual and training materials for the pilot models of fishing boats bringing waste back to shores.


    Women are encouraged to bid. Preference will be given to equally technically qualified women

    Period of assignment/services: 112 working days from April 2026 - April 2027


    Duty station: Home-based


    Main objective:


    - To review and synthesize relevant regulations to develop policies, relevant procedures and technical guidelines for a pilot of “sea-to-shore” plastic waste collection and segregation models in three provinces, including Ninh Binh, Khanh Hoa and Lam Dong

    - To monitor and evaluate the pilot implementation and develop strategies to ensure the sustainability and replication of the models.


    Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
