This position is based at our Luxembourg headquarters and requires regular office presence. The EIB, the European Union's bank, is seeking to recruit for its Information Systems Directorate (IS), Business Technology Solutions Department* (BTS), Application Engineering & Integration Division* (AEI) at its headquarters in Luxembourg, a Head of Application Engineering & Integration Division**.
This is a full-time position at grade 7 for which the EIB offers a permanent contract.

You will take charge of our application engineering and integration capabilities, driving the platforms and practices that power the Bank’s digital transformation. You will also be in charge of a portfolio of bespoke business applications, ensuring they are engineered, maintained, and evolved in line with strategic, technical, and business expectations. You will unite integration operations, engineering enablement, innovation, and bespoke development under one vision, enabling impactful engineering solutions that accelerate the Bank’s digital journey.
You will report to the Head of the Business Solutions Department and work closely with the other Heads of Divisions of the Directorate, as well as with business users who participate in projects and initiatives led by the Division.
