CONTEXTE ADMINISTRATIF:
Ce poste est à pourvoir dans le bureau de pays du Programme Alimentaire Mondial en Côte d’Ivoire. Le titulaire relève du Chef des Finances et de l’Administration, ou de son ou sa suppléant(e).
À ce niveau, le titulaire doit assumer la responsabilité de la bonne mise en œuvre de diverses procédures et activités nécessitant qu'ils interprètent dans une certaine mesure les orientations et pratiques standard à leur disposition. Il ou elle doit pouvoir recommander des lignes d’action à leurs collègues à divers échelons et peuvent assigner des tâches à d’autres membres du personnel d’appui.

Soutenir l'efficacité de la prestation quotidienne de services spécialisés, axés sur la satisfaction des autres collaborateurs et d'un bon rapport qualité-prix, dans le cadre du portefeuille de services de gestion.

Se montre capable de convertir des plans d'action en mesures claires que les membres de l'équipe doivent prendre pour appuyer la mise en œuvre du programme. Collecte des données et en fait état pour en déduire des éléments de compréhension fondés sur des faits.
Contrôles internes et gestion des risques :
Manifeste une connaissance élémentaire des contrôles internes, de la gestion des risques et des mécanismes de suivi ainsi que de leur possible application aux activités essentielles des bénéficiaires directs des services.
Gestion des ressources :
Suit l'évolution des effectifs et de l'utilisation des ressources pour anticiper et faire remonter les problèmes potentiels aux responsables des programmes et aux principaux bénéficiaires des services.
Connaissances spécialisées dans les services d'administratifs :
Manifeste une connaissance globale ou spécialisée des meilleures pratiques, des techniques et des procédures administratives, et une bonne maîtrise des normes, des procédures et des infrastructures du PAM dans le domaine de responsabilité considéré ; et utilise cette connaissance pour assurer des services administratifs de manière efficiente et efficace.
Prise en considération des besoins des bénéficiaires des services :
Contrôle et supervise le travail administratif au regard des normes et conventions en vigueur à respecter pour assurer un service d'excellence. S'assure que les problèmes des bénéficiaires des services sont pris en compte et résolus.
EXPÉRIENCE SOUHAITÉE :
NIVEAU D’ÉTUDES MINIMAL REQUIS :
Formation : Baccalauréat, un certificat d’études post-secondaires dans le domaine de l’administration, de la gestion ou des finances serait un atout.
Connaissances linguistiques : Maîtrise du français et un niveau intermédiaire en anglais est un atout pour ce poste.
